Last year, we developed a foreign policy primer to give to Congressional candidates (including incumbents) who claimed to have no good positions on foreign policy because they knew little or nothing about it. (At least some of them seemed to be telling the truth.)

We asked you good people to share it with candidates, and received lots of great feedback. It clearly contributed to better platforms for a number of candidates. We also discovered that lots of other people who were not candidates found it helpful as well.

Now we are releasing a new and improved second edition. It is on this website, and here as a PDF.

Please share it with everyone you can. We believe it communicates basic facts that most people do not know, as well as the importance of knowing them.
