This livestream will encourage participation in Defuse Nuclear War’s upcoming action with the theme:

Diplomacy Is the Path to Peace

  • Stop the Killing
  • Avert Nuclear War

Our call to action will focus on reaching the public and pressuring key elected officials – by offering people online tools for sending photos of loved ones and others, whose futures are at stake, to the White House as well as to constituents’ senators and representatives.

DefuseNuclearWar.org will provide:

  • Easy-to-use digital tools.
  • Online links to facilitate the process of making it easy for people to send photos and accompanying messages – for genuine diplomacy and measures to prevent nuclear war – directed at President Biden and members of Congress.
  • Boilerplate news-release materials that you can adapt for reaching out to local, regional and national media.

For any questions, please feel free to reach out to me at Hanieh@rootsaction.org.
