Congressman Jamaal Bowman (D, NY) is being challenged in a Democratic primary by a candidate with no platform whatsoever on his website and no policy proposals mentioned in any news coverage of his campaign.

Is that any way to take on Bowman, a leader in drafting and promoting important, progressive legislation? Well, maybe it is if you don't want anyone to know what you'd do if elected. This challenger, as a county executive, gave private prison contracts to his campaign funders. And now he's being backed by AIPAC, the deep-pocketed backers of mass murder in Gaza.

AIPAC allies in Bowman's district even mobilized Jewish conservatives, independents, and Republican-registered voters to re-register as Democrats in order to vote against Bowman. AIPAC will spend millions, including from wealthy Republican donors, inside a Democratic primary that will include many Republicans and conservatives as voters.

Can you help us shut down this effort to subvert an election by chipping in to support Congressman Bowman now?

Bowman has "all the right people" out to get him. But does that prove he's doing something good in Congress? Not necessarily. But he is doing good. In fact, Bowman is a leader for peace, education, racial justice, workers' rights, environmental protection, and healthcare.

Here are resolutions recently introduced in the House by Jamaal Bowman (you can read any of them at congress.gov):

H.R.5784 - Green New Deal for Public Schools Act of 2023

H.R.893 - Heating and Cooling Relief Act
