If the opposite of Con is Pro, what's the opposite of Congress?

We all love to complain about Congress.

But what if those members of Congress who are actually doing good, who are out in front representing the people, were not just censured by the House of Representatives, were not just slandered by corporate media, were not just doomed to run against absurdly well-funded pro-war challengers? (Two different people have now said that AIPAC has offered them $20 million to run against Rep. Rashida Tlaib.)

What if, instead, their most courageous actions were greeted by popular acclaim and grassroots donations to help keep them in office? What impact might that have on them AND on their colleagues?
