On Sunday, Sept. 17th, the CBS television program 60 Minutes ran a Pentagon commercial disguised as a news report. In the segment, a CBS reporter embedded herself in the Ukrainian military to sell the U.S. public on the necessity of sending more weapons to Ukraine.
This CBS "news" show focused on non-military aid, even though the bulk of what the U.S. sends is weaponry. And when it touched on weaponry, 60 Minutes seemed to suggest that it doesn't harm or kill anyone but merely protects them. Armored vehicles are described as saving those inside them, but not as transporting those people into battle to kill and destroy.
Isn't a half-million casualties in a locked-up quagmire enough?
